Comments: Got up early and got out the door in the dusk for the first time. I was about as creaky getting started as I expected but battled through that pretty well by the two-mile mark. The temperature wasn't a hell of a lot better than some of my mid-day runs a month ago but not facing the full-on sunshine made a heck of a lot of difference. It turned out to be a good solid run and one I need to start doing with regularity.
