Powerline Roman Chair

So my sister, who clearly hates me and intends on collecting my portion of the inheritance, ponied up and ordered a Powerline Roman Chair via Sams Club.

Now I had an experience with this ugly beast of exercise equipment earlier this year and didn't enjoy it one bit. Still, I had a noticeable increase in mid-body strength that I can't underestimate.

So my sister - who also is interested in this approach to strength training - offered to pick up the damned thing with the understanding it will go live with her when I'm out of the country.

For now I'm keeping it chained in the garage and undergoing it's evil machinations intermittently as I get into this key month of training. It's not something I'm looking forward to.
